These projects include triple net, free standing outparcels, retail strip centers, big box anchored retail centers, and infill mixed use projects combining retail, office, and residential.

Ryan Stahl, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
With a history and family roots in real estate, Ryan Stahl founded Equinox Development Properties with a focus on cultivating lasting client relationships by providing a level of service that is both strategic and detailed. As Chief Executive Officer, Ryan is responsible for the overall operations and execution of the company and its many projects. Additionally, Ryan ensures that the overall strategy of the company is aligned with the various market dynamics that impact the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Holding positions with both national and local development companies, Ryan has a diverse background in commercial real estate development. Prior to forming Equinox, Ryan spent seven years with Opus South Corporation where he developed projects ranging from grocery-anchored shopping centers to mid-rise office buildings and industrial distribution facilities. Thereafter, he spent two years as Senior Vice President with Pelloni Development where he was responsible for the development of multiple, successful mixed-use developments. He parlayed that knowledge of both small and large development companies into the company that Equinox is today. Ryan's extensive detailed knowledge allows for his strong working relationships with many of the regional and national retailers building the foundation of a successful company.
Trey Vick, President
Trey Vick is the President of Equinox Development Properties, Inc. In this role, he oversees the operations of the company and drives the development team to deliver premium commercial real estate projects. Trey, in collaboration with Ryan Stahl, is jointly responsible for identification and execution of new projects that support the overall strategic direction of the company.
Trey's background includes the commercial real estate and banking industries. Trey served as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Owens Realty Services, a private real estate acquisitions and management company, where he was responsible for asset identification, due diligence, equity procurement/structuring, closing and overall asset management of the portfolio.
Trey's banking career started as a bank regulator with the State of Florida Department of Financial Services where he performed regulatory oversight of financial institutions assigned to his region. Trey then joined TD Bank (through merger with Mercantile Bank). There Trey was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for TD Bank and was responsible for loan production, portfolio and credit management. During his time, he financed a wide range of asset types including single tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, office, apartment and mixed use projects.
Trey is a native Floridian and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate from the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida.
Amy McCook, Vice President of Development
As the Vice President of Development, Amy McCook, is responsible for a broad range of activities including site due diligence, research, project management, and tenant development services. Prior to joining Equinox, Amy was a member of Walt Disney Imagineering's Real Estate Development Team. There she was a part of developing and implementing real estate strategy for land holdings at Walt Disney World. Her responsibilities ranged from small roadway construction management to concept development for a retail project totaling one million square feet. Amy is able to couple her diverse practical experience and high quality formal education to always deliver above expectations.
She has a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Carolyn Stanley, Office and Property Manager
Carolyn Stanley is our dedicated Office and Property Manager. She coordinates all the maintenance requests, oversees payments of rent, and cultivates a relationship with our tenants, as well as handles office related matters. She brings over ten years of experience in business and construction project management to our team. Carolyn has a great eye for detail and is very keen on following up.
Growing up in Miami, Carolyn later relocated to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and acquired her Real Estate License.
Kevin Beil, Construction Manager
Kevin Beil is our Construction Manager and has spent the last 20 years in Central Florida both designing and constructing a variety of commercial projects including grocery, medical, office, banking, retail and corporate programs. Having worked as a Project Manager for Architectural / Engineering firms and General Contractors it has provided him with the unique opportunity to be involved in every aspect of a project from the initial design development through construction.
While he enjoys the design aspect of a project his true passion is collaborating with owners, designers, engineers and contractors to deliver a quality project on time and within budget. Responsibilities include preconstruction coordination, budgets, contracts, scheduling and construction administration.
Kevin grew up in Bethlehem, PA and attended California University of Pennsylvania where he received his degree in Architectural Drafting & Design.
Kirsten Davis, Legal Administrator
Kirsten Davis is the firm’s Legal Administrator. Her extensive real estate, development and contracts experience lends itself to each and every deal, where she works tirelessly to ensure a smooth transaction. Her knack for follow-up and organization allow her to be involved in all projects. Kirsten works with each person at Equinox, whether it is working alongside our Property Management department to draft leases and amendments and reviewing existing leases; working with our Construction department on Construction Agreements, project timelines, bids and project deliverables or even reviewing Due Diligence on new projects and performing research.
Originally from Chicago, IL, Kirsten spent much of her childhood in the Northeast before relocating with her family to Florida in the early 1990’s. Spending her teenage years in the Orlando area has given her great area knowledge and has allowed her to witness the Orlando area’s growth firsthand. Kirsten attended Valencia Community College for Business Administration and IFREC Real Estate School.
