Winter Springs Marketplace is a 10 acre development at the corner of SR 434 & Tuscawilla Road.  Throughout the course of the development, the need was realized for another grocer to help support the growing area.  Aldi anchors this development along with Dollar Tree and Crunch Fitness.  Outparcels soon followed including Heartland Dental, Chipotle and Fifth Third.
