Located at 142 South Woodland Boulevard in Deland, Florida, SouthLand Lofts is a former Masonic Temple, built in 1926 which mirrors the style of the extraordinary Athens Theater. The Southland Lofts maintain many of the features of the historic building, such as exposed brick, original molding and wood floors with the conveniences of modern gas stovetops, stainless steel appliances, an elevator and walk-in closets.
